Future Plans And Ambitions

My immediate ambition is to gain a place in Britain’s Young riders squad with a view that in a year or two or before I shall be considered for nations cup teams and represent my country. I am very ambitious and dedicated and hope that one day I will be considered for the Olympics.

I am truly dedicated and spend hours working my horses to bring them up to the highest possible level. Sponsorship would enable me to travel more top quality shows at home and abroad. In return the sponsor would obtain the maximum publicity possible. For example, names on clothing, saddle cloths, rugs etc. We are hoping to change our horsebox in the near future and a sponsors name would be sign written on it. A sponsor would also be announced when I enter into the arena to compete and again when prizes are awarded.

I appreciate I am not a high profile rider but I have always been able to hold my own in competitions against any rider when I have had the opportunity to go to the higher profile shows. I can assure a sponsor that I will do my very best for them, and they will have the prestige of helping a young rider not yet widely known to achieve success.

For nearly a year and a half I was based at the yard of Andrew Davies with my horse, and in return for training I helped out on the yard and travelled to shows with them usually with my horse. Sometimes I was given the ride on one of Andrews’s horses and achieved some excellent results.
